  I had an amazing experience at Eleganza. From the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel so special and welcome. I had the shopping experience I think every bride-to-be hopes to have when they go to choose their dress thanks to my consultant Amanda and the general atmosphere of the store. I was not made to feel rushed or pressured into buying a dress at any point despite my appointment lasting close to 2 hours! The little touches they put in just made my day and I am so happy I chose to go here to look for my dream dress!

  I had the most amazing time finding my wedding dress with my mum at Eleganza Sposa. Even before we went the correspondence I had with them was very informative and they put me at ease before I came in as I was quite nervous about the whole experience. When we turned up on the day everyone was fantastic, they took their time and discussed my likes and dislikes and let me know what would suit and what didn’t. They were so good in fact that the first dress I tried on was my dream dress! I would highly recommend going along, it was an amazing experience from start to finish and I cannot wait to pick up my dress. (They we’re so good in fact my mum is going back for her Mother of the Bride outfit!)

  I purchased my wedding dress in Aug 16 and was back this month for fittings. Very friendly staff. All my appointments were made as stress free as possible. I was first disappointed to have to take time off work for fittings as they are only on Wednesdays but I understand that it makes business sense & allows for a better experience for all involved. Lisa is truly an asset to this bridal shop & has this ability to make her customers feel special.
